You will receive 2 different green juices and a beet and carrot juice combination unless you specify otherwise.
Preparing your body before a juice only cleanse and transitioning back to food gently after a cleanse is an essential. Eliminating sugar, coffee and more processed foods the week before will allow for less negative side effects during a cleanse and transitioning your body after a cleanse gently back to food, introducing new food groups daily will allow you to reap the maximum benefits from your cleanse.
